Weekend Blues

I apologize for not updating the blog over the weekend, I know that a lot of sites that take the weekend off and yet still maintain great traffic levels and a solid user base, but it's not my intention to do that. This site needs to grow, and what better way to do that than filling a void left by other entertainment sites that sit idle all weekend?

The news does slow down significantly, though, to the point where there may only be enough links to do a single post. I've also noticed that traffic takes a nose dive on the weekends as well. I wonder if that's because of the drought of fresh content, or just because people are busy not working on the weekends.

My back has been sore for a little over two weeks, which is why I didn't get around to updating. The worst of it was when I was spending 2+ hours sitting at a time doing the network upfront coverage, plus another couple hours doing daily posts, which covered most of last week. Those are gone thankfully which means I can spend less time sitting, but I can still get work done because each post takes less time than the upfront features did.

It's still bothering me, but I've already got posts set to go live today so there is new content coming, just gotta hang on for it this afternoon.
