DirecTV has been screwing around with high-defition for a while now, and they've made a lot of mistakes, the least of which being receivers that cost over a grand to buy. Hopefully all that crap is in the past, as recent announcements have surfaced about new channels coming in HD goodness, including the Sci Fi Channel.
