Get Free Music For Your Site

Sounds like a scam, but it's really not. We're not talking about top 10 billboard killers here, but the stuff really isn't that bad. The music I have playing on this site is entirely instrumental, and was provided by a site called Sonific. I found out about this place on another blog that happened to have this song playing, and you'll find it on the post pages for this entire site. The song is called 4 am by candlelight by David Nevue, and it's really quite pleasant to listen to.
I clicked on the little flash object that was playing it and went over to Sonific's site and signed up -- it was free -- hunted down that song and loaded it up on here, it only took a couple of minutes. The song plays without limits and there don't seem to be any annoying advertisements attached with it in any way. You can buy the songs you hear through them, if you wish, and that's a good thing because some of this stuff is hard to find. I couldn't find this particular track on any file sharing networks, but you can listen any track they have if you log into the site, you don't need to actually get one of these flash players. (Hint guys: scrap the DRM and I'll buy it)
I dig it, and Sunday or sometime this coming week I'll find some other music that sounds good and add a revolving/random playlist via Javascript so you don't have to hear the same stupid song over and over while you're here. Check them out, they rock.
